The Emerson Digital is Wattson's unique network bridge solution. It turns any DAC into a streaming DAC or improves the streaming performance of most streaming DACs. Built around the same Sitara processor and proprietary streaming engine found in Wattson's flagship products, the Emerson Digital maintains bit-perfect signal integrity from its RJ45 input to its AES/EBU and S/PDIF outputs. Dual ultra-low-noise oscillators and FPGA-based encoding keep jitter to a minimum, in a compact billet aluminium enclosure.

Separate oscillators for 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz sample-rate families, activated individually to minimise noise and jitter throughout the digital signal path.

Built around the Texas Instruments Sitara processor with Wattson's updatable in-house software, a platform Wattson also supplies to other respected audio brands.
