Born from a decade of making music, years of chasing speakers, and one master's thesis on room acoustics.
I've been producing music for over ten years and working hands-on with loudspeakers since 2020 - buying, measuring, repairing, and listening across a wide range of designs. From Altec and TAD horns to Lowther full-range drivers, from ATC and Focal monitors to Klipsch and beyond, I've explored what truly works in real rooms.
I studied signal processing and acoustics at EPFL, with a master's thesis at Logitech focused on room acoustics. That engineering background shapes everything I do: I focus on systems that are grounded in measurements, acoustics, and real-world performance-not marketing claims.
Today, I run private listening sessions in Lausanne where I both produce music and host demos in realistic conditions-not showrooms.
I work with a curated selection of brands including Dutch & Dutch, Eversolo, Revival Audio and others that share a common philosophy: engineering-first design, measurable performance, and consistency in real rooms.
Callens Audio Labs exists to bring that approach to the French-speaking part of Switzerland. I personally handle every demo, setup, and calibration-because great sound doesn't come from components alone, but from how they work together in your room.

Every conversation starts with your music and your room. I listen to what you need before recommending anything.
I use professional measurement tools to optimize every installation. Your room is unique - the setup should be too.
I don't do hard sells or gear-of-the-month. The equipment we carry speaks for itself - literally.
I'm your local contact, not a transaction. Firmware updates, re-calibration, system changes - I'm here.
