A serious evaluation happens in the room where the speakers will actually play. We therefore treat every home visit properly: placement, measurements, setup, listening, and fine-tuning - not a quick drop-in. A typical session lasts around 3 hours and may include room adaptation, placement optimisation, setup of inputs and streaming, and a full listening pass. If you purchase speakers from us, the CHF 490 home visit is credited in full. For visits outside the greater Lausanne region, travel and transport are quoted separately.
