Delivery, warranty and trade-ins

What happens once you've decided, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Delivery

Prices on the site include import and Swiss VAT, so there are no customs to clear. With Dutch & Dutch, delivery within Switzerland is included too. For other brands, I quote delivery with your order, or you can collect it free of charge in Lutry by appointment.

I confirm the expected delivery date before you pay and keep you informed if it changes.

With Dutch & Dutch speakers, setup in your home is included in the greater Lausanne region: I position, connect and measure the system, then calibrate it to your room. Further away, I quote travel separately.

Warranty

Every product comes with its manufacturer's warranty. The length depends on the brand: Dutch & Dutch, for example, gives one year, extended to three when you register the speakers. Where I know the terms, they are on the product page; otherwise I confirm them in writing before you order.

If something goes wrong, contact me first. I handle the claim with the Swiss distributor or the manufacturer, so you never ship anything abroad yourself.

Listening before you buy

The best way to avoid a wrong choice is to listen first. Start with a free listening session in the Lutry showroom and, for speakers, hear them in your own room during a home visit.

A product that arrives damaged or faulty is repaired or replaced under warranty.

Trade-ins

I take quality hi-fi in part exchange towards a purchase: loudspeakers, amplifiers, streamers and DACs in good working order.

Send me the model, its age and condition, and a few photos. I'll make an offer, and the agreed value comes off the price of your new system.
